Project Beauty’s Mother’s Day Special – Wheat Pancakes

Instead of getting something unique for mummy this coming Sunday, why not MAKE something for the woman who brought you into this world?

I highly recommend wheat pancakes as they are (or can be) the perfect combination of healthy and delicious!

I’m using Pillsbury’s wholewheat flour that I bought from Cold Storage. I tried a few and I highly recommend this brand. Really, the rest were…….fail?

In my recipe, I eliminate sinful ingredients such as salt and vinegar, substitute milk with fat-free milk and sugar with brown sugar. Hence, your mum (or wife) wouldn’t be worrying about the unnecessary as you serve her breakfast in bed.
